This afternoon was the big block party that John and the other Obama workers have been helping to organize when they've not been out talking to voters. It was the grand opening of the Milwaukee Obama headquarters downtown, and an excuse for a big rally. The mayor, our congresswoman, and the governor all spoke. By volunteering, I got an excuse to get to see my favorite Obama intern in action. The event was a huge success!
