The boys and I drove straight from the train stations to Mary's school, and so they got to attend her Fall Sports Banquet, which was last night. This is the kids after the banquet. Then it was home to catch some sports on TV, have a bowl of cereal, play with the dogs, do laundry - ah, the comforts of home! It's the first time since we moved here that all three kids have been home in Connecticut at the same time, so needless to say we're all very happy to be together. I'm pretty sure the boys will sleep in today. Mary only has school until noon, and since Brad's home today we had a spare car, so for the first time ever she got to drive herself to school! (Much to my surprise, she was able to get a parking pass for this semester.) And then tonight Brad and Mary will drive to LaGuardia to pick up Nora and Emi (Mary's friends from Shorewood who are visiting over the long weekend). So, the Thanksgiving weekend is off to a great start!
