It's a bird??? It's a plane??? No, it's a taco truck and it parks each day, all day, in Woodbury!!! Last week I went with John and Mary to try out the food.
The chicken tacos were pretty good. (John also tried the beef but he wasn't a fan.)
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner, and it is . . . . . the fish taco with mango salsa!!! This taco was oh so yummy and definitely worth a repeat visit to the taco truck. (Which gives me an idea for today's lunch.)
