Happy New Year's Eve

Yesterday Peter, Mary, and I did more museum-ing. This time we were at Wash U's art museum. We went for a Winston Churchill exhibit, but ended up also seeing a World War I exhibit. The Churchill exhibit was so-so, but the WWI exhibit was really good.
Afterwards we stopped at Sump Coffee for a brew (or, in my case, for a tea since this very serious coffee establishment doesn't serve decaf). As always, it was great.
John came over for dinner and brought along Sirius who, as you can see, is very much at home in our house.
Today all six of us met for lunch at Pappy's barbecue before Peter left to fly back to DC. I tried out my new selfie stick. It was my first time to use it and there's a bit of a learning curve. (Hint: you have to push the button pretty hard or it won't take a photo. But if you press too hard it takes a burst of photos.) Anyway, after some technical difficulties I got a photo . . . . . correction, make that quite a few photos.
