When I saw this picture it reminded me of our afternoon on Monday when we spent an hour with the first grade class that Mary's teaching. This was the first grade class when she was a student at Prairie in 1999. (That's her in the back middle.) I wonder which one of HER students will be the teacher 17 years from now?
