In March of 1999 it was spring break in Paris. It looks like John was in charge of holding the map. I still have this same StreetWise map of Paris (as well as one for lots of other cities) and lest you think that the iPhone has rendered it obsolete, I just loaned our London map to a friend (younger than I am) who took it with her to England and said she used it every day.
