Keeping Up With Troy Bedik

At the rate that Troy's getting in the news so far this year, it's hard to keep up! Many of you know that last month she was featured on the cover of Sauce Magazine, one of our two food/beverage magazines, as one of the up and coming "ones to watch" for 2017. If you missed it, the cover is above and here's the link to the article about Troy. 

Then last month, she was featured on a local TV news story about women in craft beer in St. Louis. As if that wasn't enough, a week or so ago she popped up yet again in print, this time in our other food/beverage magazine, Feast. Troy was pictured (along with some other local brewers) in a short piece about Pilsners. (See above, and for the link to the digital version which includes the article, click here.)

But wait, there's more! Hot off the press, the March edition of Sauce Magazine hit the newsstands yesterday and it has Troy in it too. This time it's an article about uncomplicated but delicious beers, which her brewery specializes in. The brewers and owner of her brewery, Civil Life, are pictured (see above; that's Troy at the top of the photo). This time I can't get you a link to the article, but if you click on the photo above it contains everything. And that, my friends, is the 2017 update on Troy in the news. If and when there's more I'll do my best to put it on the blog but at this rate it'll be a challenge to keep you current!
