This week was the summer solstice, and my most memorable solstice was in 2005 in Yap. (I feel like I blog about it every year, so maybe I need to make another summer solstice memory.) Here's Peter on our family kayaking trip through the mangroves in Yap, on that solstice in 2005. We're excited to welcome him and Jessa home from Morocco on Wednesday at the start of their stateside summer vacation. We haven't seen them since last summer, and we can't wait for their visit.
