Last weekend we spent a few days in Phoenix with Brad's parents. In addition to getting lots of time to visit, we went out on Saturday night to see the traveling production of the musical Kinky Boots. It was a fun show and we all liked it!
Because Chuck and Geneva's house is a safe haven (translated: no other dogs live there), Allie came with us too. She did a good job of guarding the house whenever we were out.
And we were out a lot, especially out eating breakfast! This is our group after our post-church breakfast.
And this is Allie again, here showing off her calm, cool, and collected behavior while riding in the car.
Near Palm Springs we drove by the huge array of wind mills they have out there. It was a gusty day and they were all working hard.
By the time we got near to Long Beach it had started raining and when I pulled up to our house I saw that we had a beautiful rainbow. Before that we stopped at the grocery store on the way home and Brad and Allie walked home while I shopped. They even got caught in some hail on their walk back home!
Meanwhile in Morocco, Peter and Peaches took a nap.
Looks like a nice visit. How nice to get a hail storm when in the past during the winter it was always a snow storm!
