I was sleeping on the job and missed posting last week's Flashback Friday! (And in doing so, dashing my family's image of my infallibility.) Better late than never, I'm writing it a few days late. I couldn't find a picture of me sleeping, which would have been fitting, but that's okay because I want to talk about John anyway. Here he is sleeping in our family room in Shorewood in 2008, when he was just weeks away from graduating from high school. At the moment he's in St. Louis, wrapping up his last week at work and getting ready to join Troy in Fort Collins next week. As for what he's going to be doing once he gets there, that all got settled last week with his admission to both of the law schools in Colorado. Yes, John is headed to law school! He's decided to enroll at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Needless to say, we couldn't be more excited for him. This plan has been in the works for well over a year, and with his admission to law school and his moving to Colorado, his side of their Colorado adventure is getting closer to being a reality!
