Last weekend Peter and Jessa flew to Puerto Rico for a few days. From what I've heard they had a great trip. Peter said that this picture was taken in San Juan.
I'm not sure exactly where Jessa is in this picture but I think it might also be San Juan.
They visited a rain forest.

Brad and I had a much less interesting weekend but it wasn't without some photo opps. First, we took delivery of our new dining room chairs. After 17 years we bid farewell to our Shaker style chairs and went for a different look ..... as well as chairs that should be much more comfortable for long dinners.
On Sunday Brad and I visited the Tucson Gem, Fossil, and Mineral Showcase on its last day. This is the largest gem show in the world and it's right here in Tucson, taking place at venues all over the city. We managed to get there on the last day and we loved what we saw.
Finally, Allie would like everyone to know that she's acclimating to life in Arizona but she's asked me not to put Brad's shoes in her favorite napping spot anymore. She'll be spending a lot of time in this corner for the next ten days or so while I'm in California and she's at home by herself all day. Napping is a tough job but she's quite experienced and expert at it.
