Mary brought her pocket camera and was the official photographer on this trip, which let me leave my big camera at home. It worked out great and she did a super job. She was especially good at taking pictures of the houses we looked at. By week's end, we had a house and many memories of a busy, hectic, and happy week. Here are some of the highlights from the trip.
Meeting the boys at their buses in New York City on Friday night when they arrived to surprise Mary. And she was surprised! Brad, Mary, and I had spent Friday in New York covering as much ground as we could as it was Mary's first time there. The five of us stayed the night and spent Saturday doing more sightseeing before taking the train back to Connecticut.

On our way to Mass on Easter Sunday. We went to church in Woodbury and had a quick breakfast afterwards because we had to get Peter to his train. Both of the boys made all of their travel connections and got back to school late Sunday night. We were happy they made the trip, which is pretty long for just a weekend, so we could be together for our first Easter in Connecticut.

We met Brad for lunch on his birthday and got to sample his cafeteria. Mary is wearing a new skirt she got at a shop in New York.

On Saturday, Mary and Brad went to see the Brewers play the Mets at the new stadium, thanks to a generous friend who gave Brad tickets for box seats. There were only two tickets, so they made it a father-daughter day and I stayed in Brad's apartment and had a much appreciated day of rest! Unfortunately the Brewers lost, but Mary and Brad had a great time anyway.

Our new house. It has lots of room and we are looking forward to many visitors!
What a lovely place! Light blue, on a knoll, a small path worthy of Snow White and at least seven dwarves...congratulations to all the Harrisons. Bravo!
