After a huge pea pod harvest late last week, they did it again and today we had another big harvest. These pea pods are so delicious. What we didn't eat fresh from last week's harvest I chopped up and froze and have been using them in every possible way all week. Today we had another big harvest (above) and so tonight when we had a chicken teriyaki stir fry for dinner, homegrown peas (also homegrown onions) were the stars. It was oh so yummy!
