I'll start with the highlight of the night, which by now you've already guessed: John got to meet Santa and he was REALLY excited about it.
But I digress. With Peter still in town (Mary flew back to school today) we met John and Troy for a fun night out. Brad, Esther, and Lloyd were there too.
Santa was quite a popular guy.
We played two games of Scrabble.
Troy won the first game, followed closely by Peter. I came in last. Oh well. We had lots of fun and that's all that mattered. (But yes, I still would have liked to have won, or at least to have come in second or third!)
Looks like a fun night and maybe you should have let John see Santa more often as a kid!
