Now that New Year's is over, everyone is back to their regular places. Mary starts class again on Monday. Peter and Kayla are in DC getting ready to go back to work on Monday. And the rest of us are home again in St. Louis. It was a great couple of weeks getting to be together. Back in 2006, the kids were all still living at home, but even so they enjoyed a game of basketball during the Christmas break at our house in Shorewood,
as though being together were a novelty.
