Today was the 103rd Bay to Breakers, a 12k race that meanders through the streets of San Francisco. I forget if this is Mary's second or third year to run it, but the point is she's a returning customer. Crazy costumes are usual attire for this race. As you can see, Mary and her friends fit right in.
I thought Mary was dressed as a chicken. So she sent me this picture to prove that she was in fact a lion. Not the scariest lion, but a cute one.
