On Sunday, Peter and Jessa fly to Morocco to start their adventure of teaching school in Casablanca. This made me think of Peter's first trip outside the country. Our globetrotting one-year old traveled all the way to . . . . . British Columbia, Canada! (Above, he's swinging with a straw in Vancouver.) This was back in the good ol' days, when really
really stupid parents could drive their baby into Canada for a vacation without a passport and then, upon return to the United States and when immigration questions why the baby doesn't have a passport, talk their way back into the country with him.
