On July 15, 1990, John was baptized in Mission Viejo and Kelle and Bob were his godparents. That's the last picture I have with the four of us in it while we were still living in California. Two weeks later we were on the road to Ithaca. Now, more than 26 years later, and as improbable as it seems, we're headed back where it all began. The transition started this week with Brad beginning his new job. Our odyssey back to Southern California is officially underway.
