In my last installment of the month of Flashback Fridays dedicated to John, I decided to post this picture of John from when he was in first grade at Prairie School in Racine. I love this picture because on this particular day John was so very happy and relaxed as he read to his class the book he had written (perhaps you've seen it on a bestseller list?! The title is
When I Grow Up I Want to Be a Marine Biologist). I know that tomorrow, the day he gets married, he might be a big more nervous, but I also know he's going to be even more happy and confident than he is in this picture. We couldn't be more thrilled for John and Troy and to share this day and this week with them. I won't be able to blog about the wedding until we get home midweek, but rest assured I'll have a lot to share once we get home!
