Over the last few days I've been with my mom, mostly in Temecula, helping her get ready to move to her new house in San Juan Capistrano. Brad was down there with us over the weekend and I stayed on to greet the movers Monday morning. Here is Mom on Sunday morning after we went out to breakfast with some of her friends, including Homer and Gwen.
Also on Sunday, Kelle and her friend Gloria came down to take some things ahead of the movers. We were a little punchy by the time we snapped this picture.
On Monday, Simba and his favorite dog walker Stacy had one final walk together.
Simba was definitely discombobulated about all the activity going on around him.
So Mom gave him some extra TLC.
The moving crew worked all day Monday getting her packed up.
We had some rain but the weather wasn't too awful. By Tuesday it was time to load and drive the hour over to San Juan Capistrano.
And now Mom is already getting all settled in her new house!
