Doggone It

Tikka won the adoption lottery when Mary and Andy fostered her. But she seems to have lost the dog-as-football-fan lottery when it comes to the team that they chose for her. And last week that team (the Baltimore Ravens) lost in the playoffs. So all that purple is going to the back of the closet until next season. Too bad, because if her humans allowed her to be a Packers fan she could wear her colors for at least another week.  

Allie is confused. She thinks all dogs cheer for the Packers. Afterall, she and Sirius are longtime fans. (Then again, Sirius is the only dog she knows.)

There appears to be a glimmer of hope for Tikka's future. She got a new sweater this week and is it any coincidence that half of it is GREEN? Hmmm, maybe this means her humans are thinking of allowing her to change her allegiance for this week's playoff game?
