Quiet Week

Allie perks up every evening. From morning—when she often doesn't get around to eating her breakfast until it's almost lunchtime—until late afternoon, she's usually very sluggish and sleepy. But by dinnertime she gets a second wind (or, more accurately, first wind), so the other night when she was bright-eyed I took a few pictures of her just to prove to myself that she was still able to take a good picture—and I think I proved it! 

Tonight as the sun was setting the colors from the backyard were spectacular. The picture looks pretty good, but it was even better in person, with not only the sunset colors but also pretty blue on the right side.
