Today John turns 24. Last night we kicked off the celebration with dinner on the patio at McGurk's. Grandpa gave John a gift from the heart when he shared a beer with him at dinner.
In addition to it being John's birthday eve, it was also my parents' last night in town. My mom gave John another gift from the heart when she posed with a beer in hand.
Dinner included cake. (Of course!)
Afterwards we stopped by John and Troy's apartment.
Sirius was happy to see everyone.
We capped off the night on the patio at John and Troy's favorite neighborhood bar, iTap - a great way to usher in John's birthday!
