Friends

One of my college roommates, Mary (from Chicago), was in DC on business last week, and afterwards she took the train up here for the weekend.  Using our house as a home base, we spent Friday afternoon in New Haven, Saturday in New York City, and on Sunday we drove to Boston to catch up with our other roommate, Jill (from New Hampshire).   Last night we all went back to our respective homes . . . exhausted!

It was Mary's first time in New York, so we visited the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, as well as  Ground Zero.
