This month's issue of
Cook's Country magazine has a recipe for peach pie that I made today. I got the peaches at a farm stand and this is how it looked after cooking. Yum!
This is how it looked on a plate with a scoop of ice-cream. Having tasted it, I can definitely say . . . . yum!
And this is a girl who usually doesn't even like pie as she was about to devour her entire portion! More yum!
