Peter is moving to a new apartment in Washington, D.C. on August 15. When we visited him over the weekend we helped with a bit of moving, which means we got to see the place. This is a view from the front. It's a four-unit building. Peter and his soon-to-be roommate, Brian, are in the unit on the first floor on the right side.
Here's the view from the alley in the back. Their unit is on the bottom left. The apartment is in Glover Park, which is where they lived senior year. (Peter and Brian are friends from college, and they lived together junior and senior year.)
And a closer view of the back, which lets you see that there's a little patio so the guys can grill and eat outside. This should be a great place for them. The apartment has two bedrooms, a nice kitchen, a washer/dryer in the kitchen, and a living/dining area. And Glover Park is a nice neighborhood. So needless to say, we're very happy for Peter.
