I figured if I ignored the fact that my birthday fell on a Friday (now that all Fridays are "Flashback Fridays") then Brad and the kids would never let me live it down. So here it is, a very old picture from my birthday. The year was 1987, I was turning 26, and we were celebrating birthdays at our condo in Oceanside with Brad's mom and dad, who also have September birthdays. This year I'll be spending my birthday with Brad (morning), John and Troy (morning and afternoon, while we unload Troy from her NYC apartment in anticipation of their drive/move to St. Louis next week), and my mom and dad (evening, after I land in San Diego). Meanwhile, Peter will be flying to Denver to visit his girlfriend, John and Troy will be going to Boston for homecoming at Tufts, and Mary will be anxiously awaiting our visit with her next week when Brad and I meet up at Stanford for his 30th college reunion! Life is good!
