Today I went for a run in Middlebury (a town next to Woodbury). After I parked my car I noticed a beautiful and secluded pond that I had never before known existed. In the late afternoon sun the reflections of the fall trees in the water made for some pretty pictures.

ReplyDeleteVery pretty pictures. Just a piece of advise on the running. Power walking is just as good and easier on the knees and joints.
