I went outside yesterday afternoon to rake leaves out of the flower beds. Today is a mulching day and we're expecting Mother Nature to make some nice compost out of the mulched leaves over the winter, which we'll use in next year's garden. But Allie had other ideas.
In Allie's mind, it's always time to play. Silly me, I should know that playing soccer is much more fun than raking leaves.
She always left the ball right next to my feet so I never had to look for it. Such a considerate dog.
Even as I was putting away my tools, Allie let me know that she was ready for more play time. She'll be happy to get back out there today and play some more ....... before the rains come.
