Small Progress

We got a P.O. Box this week and it already makes me feel more settled. (So instead of having our mail languish in Woodbury it'll get forwarded here.) We're still living in the "Homeless Suites" (as Brad calls it) with no prospects for a house. (We can't find anything.) So this week we took the steps of getting the P.O. Box and getting an apartment. Both will go a long way toward making life a little easier. The apartment is furnished and we'll live there until we find and close on a house. (Which will hopefully be sooner rather than later.) In the meantime we'll have more space, we can cook, and we can have Allie back with us. (Though John and Troy will be sad to give her up, and I'm sure she'll be sad to leave them too.) We'll move next weekend. It's small progress, but it's still moving in the right direction.
