After a fantastic long weekend, today we said Happy Birthday to Brad and farewell to Peter and Kayla. (Also the photographer/blogger hit a wall which is why there's only one photo in this post.) This is Peter with Brad at the airport. (Kayla left a few hours earlier). And yes, that's Peter's saxophone. (After many years in storage he's taking it to DC to teach one of his students how to play.) And so .... tomorrow Brad will go back to work, I will go back to my routine, and we will treasure the memories from this weekend. It was great to have both Peter and John and their girlfriends together. Of course, all that was missing was Mary. Still ..... to have had all the kids here over a two week span ..... I'll gladly take that!
