Lauren's Visit

Our niece Lauren visited us a couple of weeks ago from Denver. It was great to have her here and even though it was warm, she got in just under the wire before it got REALLY warm.

We hiked at our nearby national park, Saguaro East. We also hiked at Sabino Canyon Recreational  Area, which might as well be a national park. They're both within 15 minutes of us.

We still had to get out early to beat the heat, but at least it was beatable.

When we weren't outside we did some activities indoors in the air conditioning. One of those activities was making washi eggs.
