Catching Up ..... DC Weekend

 I am behind in my blogging, as Peter has reminded me.  The weekend before last we had a fun visit in DC with Peter and  . . . . .

his Grandma and Grandpa Harrison, who are visiting from Arizona.  Here they are on the double-decker bus touring the city.

Just as the sun was setting we drove to AU's campus and Peter gave Grandma and Grandpa a quick tour.

The next morning we met Peter's cousin Eric, his girlfriend Carrie, and one of Peter's roommates (John) for breakfast at an old "favorite" - the Steak and Egg(er?).

Afterwards, we enjoyed strolling and sightseeing along the National Mall, including a stop on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
