Flashback Friday

Back when this picture was taken in 1984, Brad sported a moustache, which I will call Exhibit A.  At the time the picture was taken (at the wedding of our friends Harry and Sue), Brad and I hadn't met yet.  Which is a good thing.  (See Exhibit A.)   Now, 26 years later, he is sporting another moustache, thanks to the era of Movember.  Movember, a worldwide event which raises money in the month of November for prostate cancer research, encourages limited shaving during the entire month, and considers facial hair (such as that in Exhibit A) its "pink ribbons."  Okay, okay, I get it.  A good cause you can't aruge with.  But wait.  There is one bone of contention I have with Movember.  Living with Brad's fu man chu moustache for a full month (yes, you read that right, fu man chu) is not a small sacrifice.  Generous soul that I am, however, I am happily living with it because Brad is helping such a good cause.  Or is he?   The guys at his office have formed a Movember "team"  and in the fundraising department he's down there among the lower echelons.  So that was the windup, and here's the (sales) pitch . . . . if you want to donate to a worthy cause, it's easy to do so through Brad's portal on the Movember website.  Click here for the link.  As for me, I'm looking forward to December 1.
