Baseball and Crazy Rain

On Friday night we went to watch a local minor league baseball team - the Bridgeport Bluefins - play against the Somerset Patriots. Here are John and Brad before the game enjoying a "picnic."

In about the fourth inning we felt a few raindrops and within seconds we felt a lot more. So we decided to leave - quickly. Before we got out of the stadium and to the sidewalk, it was a deluge. John ran to get the car (he got SOAKED) while Brad and I waited under an overhang. I don't think this is a very good photo, but I tried to capture how hard the rain was coming down. We also got soaked just running to the car when John pulled up on the street in this photo. It was crazy rain!
