This morning we'll bid farewell to my distant German cousin, Julia, and her boyfriend, Alex. (More on their visit in a day or so.) I couldn't help but be reminded of the last time I saw her, which was when we were in Germany. Brad took this picture of Julia (in the striped tank top), her parents, grandparents, sister, cousin, and aunt (and the kids and me). It was a wonderful day we spent with them all in Mortelstein, Germany on June 23, 2002.
Little Julia has sure grown up!
