It's Official!

After being in St. Louis for close to three months, on Sunday night (aka Moving-In Eve) it finally felt for real. We celebrated at a dinner with John and Troy at the Schafly Tap Room.



And if that didn't make it feel official, this did! The movers arrived yesterday.



This is the state of things. My friend Susan spent the day with me and was a huge help in so many ways. Brad did laundry duty late into the night so we can now make up our bed. This afternoon he's trading in his briefcase for a moving box(es) as he doesn't want to miss out on the fun! After a great night's sleep, I'm heading back to the house to meet the movers for Day Two.
